RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

However, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item based on our Return & Exchange Policy.
Returns must be made within 30 days after purchase.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging with all accessories to ensure a full credit.
Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special orders such as custom designs, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Store credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
Order cancellations can not be refunded on items that have already been processed.
Full refund is issued to ALL orders prior processing.
Credit card cancellations can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Store credit is issued to ALL returns/exchanges made within 30 days after purchase.
Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be credited, unless you received a incorrect item.
All SALE items are final sales & can not be exchanged for store credit.
